FMBB vzw (hereinafter the Controller) establishes this Privacy Policy to inform users in a transparent manner about this website and how personal data is collected and processed.

The term User refers to any natural or legal person who visits the site or interacts with it in any way.

As controller, FMBB vzw determines the technical, legal and organisational means and the purposes for processing users’ personal data, in accordance with Belgian law of 30 July 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
